Robert M. Albrecht has been practicing personal injury law throughout the Red River Valley since 1982. With over thirty-five years of experience, he has handled virtually every type of personal injury and wrongful death case including auto accidents, semi truck crashes, motorcycle and snowmobile cases, fire losses, farm machinery failures, construction injuries, dog bites, aviation accidents, boating crashes, and recreational injuries, among others. Bob began serving as the Kittson County Attorney in 2019.

A substantial amount of Bob's personal injury practice consists of personal injury referrals from other attorneys. He has tried three successive personal injury cases in counties throughout Northwest Minnesota which resulted in jury verdicts of nearly two million dollars. A number of his verdicts remain among the highest ever returned by juries in those counties. Many of Bob’s clients are referrals from past clients of other attorneys in the area. Bob handles selected personal injury matters outside of the Red River Valley, including the St. Cloud and Twin Cities areas.
